What is the booking process?

We are happy to provisionally hold a date for 14 days. To secure a booking we then take a deposit and your final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding or event. All deposits are non-refundable.

What time does the bar close?

Last orders are at 12:00am. Alternatively a bar extension can be applied for until 1:00am at a cost of £200.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

We have an extensively stocked bar and offer a number of drinks packages suitable for every budget. If you would prefer to bring your own wine then this will be charge at a corkage rate of £10 per bottle opened.

What time does the music need to end?

In line with our license recorded music can be played until 1am Monday to Saturday, and 11:30 on Sundays. Live music can be played until 1am.

When do I have access to the venue for my wedding?

You and your suppliers will have access to the venue from 8am on the date of hire. If there is nothing happening the day before we can also allow access the evening before if required.

Can you help set up on the day?

At your final meeting we will go over the table design and layout and take pictures of exactly how you want it so that we can help set it all up on the day. You can then drop off any décor items you are supplying yourself the week of the wedding so that we have everything we need to make your vision come to life.

Can we connect our own playlist to your speakers?

You can connect to our sound system in all of rooms using a 3.5mm jack which we can provide.

Do you allow confetti?

Biodegradable confetti is allowed in our garden.

Do you allow candles?

Yes, However battery powered candles are preferred. Not only will they last longer they are a lot safer for your guests.

Do you allow fire pits or Chinese lanterns?

We do not allow fire pits or Chinese lanterns

Can we have a fireworks display?

Fireworks can be arranged through a licensed fireworks company, however we do need to seek local residents approval around 6 weeks prior to your event. Please speak to us for more details on arranging this.

Can we have a tasting to select our wedding menu?

Our partners Sticky Sausage are happy to offer menu tastings. There will be an additional charge for this service which is dependant on the menu and options selected.
